Where it all began
The founders of the AFCB technique are sisters based out of Kearney Massage and Day Spa.
Lori Reynolds LMT, ET with Science of Wellness and Katie Jo Graves LMT with Massage by Katie Jo.
Lori Reynolds has been practicing since 2011 and found a passion for combining therapeutic massage modalities with neuromuscular connections.
Katie Jo Graves has been practicing since 2011 and specializes in joint rehabilitation and deep tissue modalities.
Together these sisters founded AFCB by using their combined 20 years of experience and knowledge to focus on the deep anterior web of fascia to find new neuromuscular connections that release pain for clients.
